Pay for your ICDRS mediation, coaching or training securely online by credit or debit card. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Before you pay
Please only pay once we have confirmed your booking and the rate that applies to you. Discounted and pro bono services must be confirmed by our team first. If you have received an invoice, use the payment link on your invoice.
Fees are paid in advance. Your pre-mediation meeting is confirmed once payment is received. Amounts are in Australian dollars and include GST where payable.
Individuals paying for themselves
Fees are per person. Each participant pays their own fee unless one person or an organisation has agreed to pay for everyone.

Organisations, or one person paying for everyone
For a club, association, employer or other body, or where one participant is paying for a two-person matter.

Training, multi-party matters, extra mediation time and organisations with an MOU (including Surf Life Saving Queensland and Life Saving Victoria) are invoiced directly. Please use the payment link on your invoice.
Discounted and pro bono services
Please don’t pay a discounted rate until our team has confirmed it with you. Contact us first. We’ll check your eligibility and let you know which option to use, or send you a payment link for the right amount. A copy of your Health Care or Pension Card, or other evidence of hardship, is needed.

The hardship rate starts at 50% off and can go down to $0 where there is real hardship, assessed case by case and supported by the ICDRS hardship fund. If our team agrees a lower amount than shown, we’ll send you a payment link for that amount. Payment plans are available.

Refunds. Pre-mediation is a separate service and is not refundable once delivered. If mediation has been paid for but does not proceed, a refund may be provided. Fees may apply for cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment without a valid reason.
