About

Rachael is an Australian Legal Practitioner and Nationally Accredited Mediator with a diverse professional background.

Drawing from her extensive experience in both large and small law practices, Rachael established Savian Legal, where she adeptly guides clients through a spectrum of legal issues, from drafting documents and providing counsel to managing complex litigation.

Rachael’s commitment to conflict resolution led her to collaborate on the creation of Conflict Management First Aid Workshops for ICDRS, supported by the City of Casey. These workshops aim to equip organisational leaders with the knowledge and skills to address conflict proactively, underscoring Rachael’s dedication to raising awareness of the impact of unresolved conflicts and offering effective resolution strategies.

My approach

I currently provide tailored legal solutions through my own law practice, Savian Legal, where I provide legal advice and assistance to the wider community.

I understand that contacting a law firm for advice can be stressful. I don’t have a “one size” approach and appreciate that everyone is different in how they process information and manage their affairs. I work within your restraints and equip you with the knowledge to make informed decisions because at the end of the day you need to be in control of your outcome as much as possible.

I have been volunteering with ICDRS to help develop the CMFAW and provide mediation services in an attempt to help empower individuals to take positive steps forward to resolve conflict and reduce barriers to justice.
