Practice Areas
My work for over three decades has revolved around using principles of social justice, equity, and inclusion to affect change. I’ve worked as an educator, mediator, mentor, coach, groupwork facilitator and community development practitioner.
I prioritise work in spaces which actively pursue safety, shared understandings, connections and empathy, with young people, women, and under-represented community members.
My areas of dispute resolution work include:
- workplace mediation
- community mediation
- migrant and refugee communities
- group work
- meeting facilitation
My approach
Additionally, my interest in people and community work has led to me establishing Lumina Leaders which seeks to proactively build a more peaceful world through communication and conflict management skill development.
